Booking & Cancellation

We understand situations can arise in which you must cancel your appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice. This allows us to fill that appointment slot.

You may cancel by contacting us by:

 (i) phone, message (SMS or WhatsApp) 0478242201, direct message via Instagram; or

 (ii) email info@jsca.com.au.

No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment.

Deposit Requirement: A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the scheduled day.

Cancellation/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the $100 deposit.

Treatment Day: On the day of your treatment, the $100 deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.

Cancellation within Policy: If cancellations are made within the specified 48-hour notice period, the deposit will be refunded or kept as credit towards a future appointment, as per your preference.

Meet Jo, the co-founder of JSCA, whose journey began with a simple yet powerful vision: to help working professionals like herself feel confident in their own skin. Originally an engineer in Singapore, Jo made the bold move to Melbourne during the covid lockdowns. Adjusting to the drastic change in weather wreaked havoc on her skin, leaving her grappling with various skin conditions.Caught up in a whirlwind of Zoom calls and virtual meetings, Jo often found herself reaching for filters or makeup to present a polished appearance. It was during these moments that she realised the importance of effective skincare, especially with her hectic schedule. Seeking a solution, Jo turned to Nurse Bec for expert guidance and ongoing personalised care, knowing all too well the challenges of maintaining skin health while constantly on the move.With JSCA, Jo discovered a sanctuary where she could nurture her skin amidst the chaos of work and busy schedules. Though her skin may not be at its optimal state yet, the unwavering support from the clinic has proven to be priceless.Jo’s inspiration for co-founding JSCA stemmed from her own journey, driven by a desire to offer hope and support to women facing similar challenges. At the heart of the clinic lies Jo’s vision: a reminder that better skin is achievable, even in the midst of life’s demands.

Meet Bec, the friendly face and co-founder of JSCA, a registered nurse with an unwavering passion for skin and health. Her journey commenced at ACU Melbourne, where she begun her nursing career at one of Australia’s top pediatric hospitals, gaining invaluable experience in pediatric emergency, cardiac care, and neonatal ICU. Bec’s fascination with skincare traces back to her early teens when she grappled with oily skin and pigmentation. Crafting her own skincare routine, she found solace in its consistency throughout the years. This deep-rooted passion eventually led her to merge her nursing expertise with aesthetics, culminating in the creation of JSCA. At the heart of Bec’s practice lies a commitment to education, safety, and personalisation. As a proud member of AMET, she remains at the forefront of the latest evidence-based practices and techniques. Specialising in wrinkle prevention/reduction and restoring facial volume, Rebecca excels at achieving results that are natural.
